1. Returns
1.1 You may return any unused and unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in this return policy.

2.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
2.2 Perishable items, such as fresh nuts or fruits, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Refunds
3.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.2 If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment processor’s policies.
4. Exchanges
4.1 If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and for shipping the replacement item.
5. Shipping
5.1 To return your product, please contact us for instructions on where to send your item.
5.2 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5.3 If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
